Biography
I believe the keys to successful recruiting lie within the ability to develop strong, genuine, and long lasting relationships, committing to identify the right cultural fit and skill set, and producing consistent results. Both the clients and candidates depend on me to partner with them in fulfilling a professional’s personal goals as well as the organization’s needs and strategy. My career in recruiting started in 1997 with a national recruiting firm in Atlanta. Prior to joining Homrich, Klein & Associates in 2012, I was the owner of C. Alexander & Co., LLC, a private recruiting firm specializing in the permanent placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. I am a native of Philadelphia, PA, attended Pennsylvania State University and ultimately graduated from Rosemont College with a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and a minor in Business.
