Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide detailed plan for fiscal year. Utilize financial expertise and market knowledge to ensure plans best benefit the organization.
• Develop analytics and modeling to provide detailed information utilized in territory development and resource allocation.
• Partner with other departments on the compensation design and management.
• Establish targeted pipeline for future growth. Manage performance to ensure all benchmarks are met to achieve success.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
• MBA preferred
• 5 years previous Sales Operation experience; Enterprise SAAS Sales environment preferred
• Advanced MS Excel and Word skills
