Finance Manager; to $125k

Description:

Dynamic, acquisitive organization is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. Excellent opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed analysis of the financial performance of the organization. Utilize findings to assist the organization in the achievement of financial objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop budgets, forecasts and business models utilized to drive the growth of the organization.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all accounting policies and procedures in order to support other business units.
• Produce key monthly financial reports and ad hoc analyses Review findings with business unit leaders.
• Provide assistance to the accounting department during monthly close.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science
• 5-7 years previous experience
• Preferred industry experience in either technology services or digital industry
• Experience with ERP and Enterprise Performance Management systems desired
