Corporate Controller; $180k+bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall accounting of the organization. Oversee monthly closing of the books including the consolidation of subsidiary accounts.
• Maintain thorough understanding of the G/L Entity roll up structure. Collaborate with other key stakeholders to on-board new business lines within this framework.
• Prepare key monthly internal and external financial reports.
• Champion best processes and procedures for the accounting within the organization. Ensure sound practices to minimize the risk of financial errors.
• Manage three direct reports.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes for annual Consolidated Portfolio-Level budgets.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years relevant experience
• MS Office Proficiency
• Solid understanding of GAAP
