Description:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial operations while optimizing our Oracle NetSuite ERP environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leadership role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and ERP system management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- .Lead all accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate financial reporting with international business entities as applicable.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, legal counsel, insurance providers, and other external business partners.
- Maintain corporate records, contracts, trademarks, and other key business documentation.
Qualified Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- 3+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite ERP experience (required).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, self-motivated approach.
