Accounting Manager; $125-140k+bonus

Description:

Dynamic, fast growing and entrepreneurial multi-state healthcare company with newly created positions due to growth is looking for an Accounting Manager. Great opportunity to help build accounting department with process improvements and systems to facilitate growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting performed by the team. Ensure the information is being completed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Responsible for performing complex accounting tasks.
• Identify, train and mentor a strong accounting staff.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5-6 Years of Previous Experience; big four preferred but will consider regional firm background
• MS Office
