SEC Reporting; to $105k+bonus

Description:

Global asset manager looking for a qualified individual to join their team to do SEC Reporting. Excellent work environment with great benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support on key external and financial reporting functions.
• Collaborate on all SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks.
• Remain abreast of new accounting standards that might impact the organization.
• Research complex technical accounting issues.
• Ensure SOX compliance by providing key deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA /CPA track preferred
• 3-5 years previous accounting experience
• SEC reporting experience and/or public accounting experience with exposure to SEC filings
