1. What makes HKA different from other accounting and finance recruiters?

2. Do you recruit only in Atlanta?
While most of our searches are located in Atlanta, we have national presence as a member of the American Association of Finance and Accounting—AAFA—the largest organization of independently owned recruiters in the country. If you have hiring needs or are interested in relocating to another city we can assist you through our network. www.aafa.com
3. Will my information be kept confidential?
Absolutely. If you have a confidential opening, we will not share the name of the company until such the time in the recruiting process you feel is appropriate. For the candidates, we will not share your resume without your permission.
4. What is your screening process?
At HKA we personally interview all of our candidates, when it is physically possible. We discuss their skills and desires in an effort to make the best match for both candidate and client. We conduct reference checks, verify degrees and certifications and offer criminal and credit checks and drug screens at the request of our clients for permanent positions and contract positions.
5. If I am working on a contract position will I still be called on permanent jobs?
Yes. Unless you are only seeking contract work or under special circumstances where you have committed to an assignment for a period of time, you will still be considered for permanent jobs for which you are qualified and meet your criteria.
6. Do you specialize in any industries?
No. We work with all sizes of companies in a variety of industries. We also work with public accounting firms.
